From doing this task and from watching old and new opening film sequences I have learnt that they can be very different to each other as some can be more serious than others. I have noticed that a lot of old films are about students in high schools and seem to have more music included in them whereas modern films are more focused on serious things such as alcohol effects and can be more emotive than before.
